About this Frame TV artwork
Caddie and golfer in tweed on a windy links: a figurative piece with an anonymous figure, seen from behind or at a distance, so it stays restful on a screen you look at every day.
Drawn in the manner of an old plate engraving, all fine line and cross-hatching on toned paper, it passes for a framed antique from across the room. The medium is vintage plate engraving.
It suits a living-room Frame TV above a sofa, where the wide composition can be seen from across the room. Because the subject stays inside the safe area, you can add any of the Frame's digital mattes without cropping anything important.
Supplied as a 3840 × 2160 sRGB JPEG, it needs no resizing or cropping for the Samsung Frame, and displays correctly on LG, Sony, TCL and Hisense art-mode TVs too. This design is one of 1,267 in the bundle.
