About this Frame TV artwork
A landscape of thunderclouds over a wheat-coloured hill, painted so the eye travels across the width of the screen rather than into a single point – which is what makes it feel like art rather than a photo on a Frame TV.
It is handled as an oil painting, with visible brushwork, slightly impasto highlights and a subtle canvas weave that becomes apparent at close range on a large Frame. The medium is expressive palette-knife painting.
It pairs well with a warm-white matte on the Frame, which pulls the palette together and hides the panel edge. For the most convincing result set Art Mode brightness two or three notches below the default and the colour tone to warm; the painted surface then looks matte rather than lit.
The file is delivered at 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD, 16:9) as an sRGB JPEG – the native resolution of every Samsung Frame from 43" to 85" and a format every 4K TV, Roku and Fire TV accepts. It is included in the 1,267-design Frame TV art bundle.
