Hare among flowering meadow grasses
Loose watercolor
Loose watercolor · Frame TV art from the wildlife collection
A painting of horse herd in a snowy valley, handled like a naturalist's plate – attentive to the creature, restrained in the background – and composed for a 4K TV display.
The watercolor handling keeps the washes translucent, with the paper's white showing through the lightest passages and soft, bleeding edges where colours meet. The medium is loose watercolor.
It pairs well with a warm-white matte on the Frame, which pulls the palette together and hides the panel edge. If the image looks too bright, the Frame's Art Mode settings let you lower brightness independently of TV mode; a small reduction goes a long way with this palette. It is a winter piece, made to carry the Frame from January until the first blossom scenes go up.
The file is delivered at 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD, 16:9) as an sRGB JPEG – the native resolution of every Samsung Frame from 43" to 85" and a format every 4K TV, Roku and Fire TV accepts. It is included in the 1,267-design Frame TV art bundle.
