About this Frame TV artwork
Easter women walking to the garden tomb at dawn, with one quiet subject and a great deal of tone and space – the kind of minimal composition that looks best on a Frame TV with a wide matte.
Expressive palette-knife and brush marks build the surface, so the image keeps a physical, painted texture even when the TV is displaying it at full 3840 × 2160. The medium is impressionist oil painting.
On a 65" or 75" Frame the texture becomes visible from the sofa, so this is one to display at full size without a matte. Leave the Frame's motion sensor on so the panel dims when the room is empty – it makes the difference between a painting and a screen. It is one of the Easter designs – painterly rather than pastel-cartoon.
Format: 3840 × 2160 JPEG, 16:9, sRGB – ready to upload through the SmartThings app or a USB stick with no editing. Part of the 1,267-piece Frame TV art bundle.
