About this Frame TV artwork
Red fox pouncing in deep snow: a wildlife study with natural anatomy and a quiet setting, placed off-centre so the animal has room on the wide Frame TV format.
The oil-painting treatment gives it weight: layered, opaque colour, brush marks that follow the forms, and a warm ground showing at the edges of shapes. The medium is impressionist oil painting.
It suits a living-room Frame TV above a sofa, where the wide composition can be seen from across the room. Because the subject stays inside the safe area, you can add any of the Frame's digital mattes without cropping anything important. It is a winter piece, made to carry the Frame from January until the first blossom scenes go up.
Supplied as a 3840 × 2160 sRGB JPEG, it needs no resizing or cropping for the Samsung Frame, and displays correctly on LG, Sony, TCL and Hisense art-mode TVs too. This design is one of 1,267 in the bundle.
