About this Frame TV artwork
A seascape of rain clouds crossing an island bay, kept muted in colour so it reads as a painting rather than a bright screen when Art Mode is on.
Gouache gives the design flat, velvety colour and crisp decorative shapes – a matte finish that hides the fact that it is on a screen. The medium is minimal gouache.
Try it in a hallway or study Frame with a wide matte – the extra border makes the composition feel gallery-hung. For the most convincing result set Art Mode brightness two or three notches below the default and the colour tone to warm; the painted surface then looks matte rather than lit. It belongs to the summer rotation, when coastal light and open skies feel right on the wall.
Supplied as a 3840 × 2160 sRGB JPEG, it needs no resizing or cropping for the Samsung Frame, and displays correctly on LG, Sony, TCL and Hisense art-mode TVs too. This design is one of 1,267 in the bundle.
